Returns & Exchanges (Online Purchases Only)

From time to time, you may need to return an item to DÉCLIC. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on any unworn item within 14 days of the purchase date on online purchases only. Online returns and exchanges will require a returns authorisation number prior to the items being returned. Contact us at  e-store@declic.com.au prior to the items being returned.

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges of returns.

In the event that an item is faulty, DÉCLIC will assess the item to determine if you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. Please note that underwear and hosiery items or items that have been altered will only be able to be returned if they are faulty. Any refunds will be provided using your original payment method.
