To protect your personal information the DÉCLIC web site uses eWAY, a Secure Payment Gateway linked to the ANZ Bank. Our site Security Certificate can be viewed here.
In order to maintain accurate records to assist with refunds and exchanges, DÉCLIC will store personal information such as name, address and items purchased. This information will be stored for marketing purposes and internal use only. We do not store or retain any credit card details.
DÉCLIC customers will receive marketing and communications material from DÉCLIC from time to time. If you would prefer not to receive emails from DÉCLIC, please click here to opt out of our database.
Problems with Online Ordering
If there is a problem with your online purchase, you can contact us by email e-store@declic.com.au and we will be able to respond during normal office hours. DÉCLIC stores will not be able to assist with queries regarding an online order but will be able to provide information on the products we have available online.
Please note that we reserve the right to withhold or cancel an online order at any time if we deem this to be appropriate - however we will contact you to confirm.
For Credit Card Orders
In an effort to protect our customers from Identity Theft, DÉCLIC will examine each order to help determine and prevent fraudulent purchases. Due to increased security measures, you may receive an e-mail or telephone call from our Customer Service department attempting to verify the validity of your order. As a part of this procedure, you may be asked to verify specific information on your order that will help us to determine if this order is legitimate.
Communication attempts will be made via the email or phone number provided at the time of the order. We appreciate your cooperation, and apologise for any inconvenience this causes you.
