How can I ask questions regarding DÉCLIC products?
For any specific enquiries or to provide us with your feedback, please email us at e-store@declic.com.au or call us on +61 3 9429 6902, Monday to Friday 10.00am to 5.00pm (EST).

The website says the item I want is out of stock!
The item may just be temporarily out of stock or not be available for dispatch within 24 hours. Please send us a query hereor email us at  e-store@declic.com.au for confirmation.

 

Do the prices on the website include a Goods and Services Tax (GST)?
All retail price shown on this website include the 10% Australian GST. 


Do I get charged the GST if I am purchasing outside Australia?
Upon checkout, your orders final price will include the 10% GST. However, this will be deducted when your international order is processed and your credit card is charged.


How much is shipping for online purchases?
All online purchases are sent via Registered Australia Post at a flat fee of $10 anywhere in Australia. Please see our Shipping page here for additional shipping information including International rates.

***UPDATE*** Current special - free shipping within Australia for orders over $100.


How long will it take for an online order to arrive?
Online purchases are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date of purchase. For Australian orders, please allow 2 to 7 business days to receive your order. We will contact you if there are any delays in processing or shipping your order.


What if I am not happy with my purchase?
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on any unworn item within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns and exchanges will require a returns authorisation number prior to the items being returned. Contact us at  
e-store@declic.com.au before returning.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges of returns.

You can also return or exchange items purchased online to any of our DÉCLIC stores (excluding our MYER concession stores) with your returns authorisation number AND a copy of your online invoice. For returns, you MUST provide the credit card with which the purchase was made.

Are all DÉCLIC items available to buy online?
A large selection of DÉCLIC items are available to purchase online however as the range is always changing be sure to check the web site and the stores regularly. You can always call or email e-store@declic.com.au if there is something specific you are looking for and we will be happy to help.


How often is the range updated?
Be sure to visit our site regularly, as new products arrive weekly – there is always something new at DÉCLIC!


How can I resolve a problem with my order?
If there is a problem with your online purchase, you can contact us by email e-store@declic.com.au and we will be able to respond as quickly as possible. DÉCLIC stores will not be able to assist with queries regarding an online order but will be able to provide information on the products we have available online.

How is my personal information & privacy protected?
To protect your personal information the DÉCLIC web site uses eWAY, a Secure Payment Gateway linked to the ANZ Bank. Our site Security Certificate can be viewed herein order to maintain accurate records to assist with refunds and exchanges, DÉCLIC will store personal information such as name, address and items purchased. This information will be stored for marketing purposes and internal use only. DÉCLIC does not store or retain any credit card details. DÉCLIC customers will receive marketing and communications material from DÉCLIC from time to time.  If you would prefer not to receive emails from DÉCLIC, please click here to opt out of our database.


How do I join the DÉCLIC mailing list?
To join the DÉCLIC mailing list please enter your email address here. By joining the mailing list you will receive, from time to time, information about new products and special offers.


Does DÉCLIC have a loyalty program?
The DÉCLIC loyalty program is called the DÉCLIC Privilege card and is available in-store only (excluding our MYER concession store).


Can you help me choose a shirt and tie?
If you need a hand to put an outfit together remember that everyone at DÉCLIC does this everyday and with your guidance will be able to help you select a distinctive combination that you feel comfortable in. 


Can you help me with Wedding shirts and ties?
If you are planning your wedding, we have a unique selection of wedding shirts, ties, cufflinks and pocket hankies. Do you have casual shirts available?
If you want to keep it casual but retain your sense of style and air of sophistication DÉCLIC offer casual shirts made from a special version of our exclusive cotton that are soft on the skin, stylish, free flowing and effortless to wear. DÉCLIC casual shirts come in a range of colours and patterns and can be worn with lighter coloured jeans for a more casual look or darker denim for a more formal look.
